This local coffee shop and roaster is home to tasty, ethically sourced, fair-trade coffee. They will happily grind your coffee beans on-site for you and can give you terrific suggestions. Located in the Food Hub at Abbey Gardens, Haliburton County Coffee Roasters also make nice coffee cups for all guests.
