Reservations and Deposits

We accept MasterCard, Visa or E-transfer, for deposits as well as debit card or cash for final payment. All accommodation prices subject to H.S.T. of 13%. A deposit of 30% of the total rate is required with each reservation. Minimum $150.00 deposit required for weekends. A confirmation will be e-mailed within 3 days of booking your reservation. Booking Policies
Rates quoted are subject to change without notice and do not include HST (13%). Some packages and rates require minimum stays, and may not be available on long weekends and holidays.
Sandy Lane Resort will not be held responsible for any packages or recreational activities that are unavailable due to weather or any circumstances beyond our control.

Deposits
A deposit equal to 30% of your accommodation is required at time of booking, with balance for full stay due upon arrival. Your deposit will go towards your final balance.

Cancellation
Sept – June Cancellation:

More than 30 days in advance the deposit will be credited to a future stay in the amount of the deposit minus a $50.00 booking fee. NO monetary refunds. Credits are transferrable and honoured any time for 18 months from date of cancellation.

Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will lose the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival, no shows or early departures will be charged the full rate of the reservation.

July and August:

Cancellation for Wedding Guests
No deposit is required, full amount of reservation is due at check in. A booking fee of $25.00 will be charged for all cancellations. Guests cancelling within 7 days of their arrival will be charged for the wedding night only.

Pets
We are happy to welcome your pets on-site. Please contact us for more information.

Check in/Check out
Summer – Check in after 4pm – Check out before 10am
​
Fall – Winter – Spring – Check your confirmation letter for check in and out times. We try and give extended times where possible but are not guaranteed.

Weddings – Check-in After 4 pm on Friday and check-out Before 2 pm on Sunday – Arrive after 2 PM on the day of the wedding if not staying the night before.
​
Late Arrivals – Call us to receive your door code.
​
Smoking
All cabins are smoke free. You may smoke outside on the decks.
